This 9 Sensor Pack, provides a great set of sensors to interface with any robot, especially the Inex robots.
All modules come with designated cables. The sensors cover a variety of possible inputs and provide a single clean connection interface
ZX-SWITCH - Touch sensor

ZX-LDR - Light Reflector Sensor
Detects ambient light density. Works with an LDR (Light dependent resistor) or Photoresistor and allows you to have two different outputs: positive or negative DC voltage proportional to ambient light intensity.

ZX-Tilt - Tilt Sensor
• 4-Direction Tilt Sensor

ZX-Temp - Temperature Sensor
The Inex Temperature Sensor Board works with an NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) thermistor. This analog sensor allows you to have two different outputs: positive or negative DC voltage proportional to ambient temperature. Its normal resistance is set to 25C.

ZX-Slider - Variable Resistor Slider board
The Inex Variable Resistor Board is designed to measure distance. Two output formats available: Left or Right slide direction to increase voltage.

ZX-Photo - Infrared Photo Transistor Board
• Detects lights with a wave length of 1mm
• 2-mode operation: analog or digital
• Can detect the candle light in Fire-Fighting Robot challenges
• Use it with the Inex Infrared LED board (ZX-irLED)
Use the Inex Photo-Transistor Board in two different modes:
• Analog: The output voltage will be decreased when it detects infrared light.
• Digital: The output is logic "0" when the infrared light is detected.
ZX-Magnetic - Magnetic Field sensing board
The Inex Magnetic Field Sensor works with a built-in 3A Hall-effect sensor (UGN3503) which tracks extremely small changes in the magnetic flux density. This sensor provides a voltage output from 0 to +5Vdc that is proportional to the applied magnetic field. If no magnetic field is detected (0 Gauss) the output voltage will be 2.5V. The voltage output can be calculated using the formula: Vout = 2.5 + (0.0013 x Magnetic field density in Gauss units)
• Uses a 3A Hall-effect sensor (UGN3503)
• Provides a voltage output that is proportional to the applied magnetic field
• Sensitivity: 1.3mV/Gauss

ZX-LED2C - Bi-Color LED output
This one is not a sensor. The Inex Bi-Color LED Output Board is perfect to indicate the status of your robot. Two inputs are possible: HIGH with logic "1" will light the LED in Red; LOW with logic "0" will light the LED in Green. If the input signal is different, the LED will remain off.

ZX-IrLED - Infrared LED emitting Board
This one is not a sensor board. It emits Infrared light and used in conjunction with the receiver board ZX-Photo.
• A 3mm infrared LED and a current limiting resistor
• Drive with logic HIGH at TTL level
• 2-mode operation: continuous drive or frequency drive
• Transmission range is 5 to 10 meters (line of sight)

Inex Infrared LED Board can be used in two different modes:
• Continuous Drive: In this mode, the IR-LED will receive a forward bias to drive the infrared rays. Use with the Inex Photo-transistor board for measuring the infrared light density.
• Frequency Drive: This mode will modulate a 38kHz carrier frequency into the IR-LED. (Can be used with the Inex 38kHz Infrared Receiver Module which is not included).
